DEVICES WARRANTY

Your device is covered by a 3-month warranty.

The 3-month warranty covers the electronic board of your device from any hardware failure from the factory.

In case of mechanical failure e.g. hit or broken glass must be reported immediately (within the same day) to company personnel in order to replace the defective product. In case of mechanical failure the replacement is made only if the product has not been used and is in its original condition as received.

The repair process in case of failure takes about 15 days from the time we receive it.

All transportation costs to and from the company are borne entirely by the customer.

The devices may be numbered with a special sticker which will prove that the sale was made by Good Vapes. Once the sticker is removed, the warranty automatically expires under any circumstances.

All products may be unsealed to confirm that the contents of the package are correct. 

Caution 

What is not covered by the warranty

In case of disagreement about the above, it is necessary to return the device sealed in its original condition.

In any case, Good Vapes will contact you to verify your details and any details we need to know about shipping.

In case of receipt of the goods from our store then the shipping cost will not be calculated in the total order.

RIGHT TO REMOVE ORDER AND RETURN PRODUCTS

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and your full value will be refunded, excluding shipping costs or any other costs. In this case you should contact Good Vapes by phone or e-mail.

If you decide to exercise this right, Good Vapes will ask you to return the products you received unused, in their original packaging and with all their accessories (if any).
